Carly is a qualified Naturopath and Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, dedicated to promoting and inspiring holistic health, performance and vitality. As passion and purpose is the beat to which she walks, her magnetism draws you in with her vision and presence.
Her life has opened doorways to supporting some of the most elite athletes in the world, including members of the NSW Waratahs, Australian Wallabies and Sydney Roosters NRL football teams, as well as many professional Triathletes, Cyclists, Golfers and Weight lifters, to name a few. This desire to bring out the best in life performance, has been the foundation of her intrigue and curiosity into ‘hacking’ into the best form of self; physically mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
This exploration of who we are, why we do what we do, the complexities of the mind and the ego, have lead her into inquiries of the inner realms of ancient and indigenous teachings as well as contemporary research. This desire for learning and expansion, coupled with her innate altruistic spirit have taken her on multiple adventures to Africa and Latin America, volunteering as a Natural Medicine practitioner, Massage Therapist and educator. After years of seeking to make a difference and answer the innate call to ‘change the world’, her awareness expanded to see “that the greatest gift you have to give, is that of your own self transformation”. This awareness, became her new understanding and her dance with life has become one of empowered heart-based living.
Carly says that “what the world needs is for us to individually reawaken the best version of ourselves, unlocking and evolving our own unique potential and expression of life. Elevating ourselves to a frequency of love not only changes the way we see and experience the world, but can have a butterfly effect in all of human consciousness”.
Carly has recently moved to Los Angeles California to continue to expand her work in the natural health, healing and performance industry, being selected as a member of one LA’s most elite teams of medical and athletic professionals. Her contribution and play with EYI is one that is supporting all facets of the collective vision of the team.
