Roast Cauliflower & Turmeric Soup

Winter …we love what this can bring!! Intimate gatherings, cozy fire places, fabulous fashion and hearty soups.

Try this uber quick and tasty recipe:


  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • 1 brown onion
  • 500 ml of chicken or vegie stock
  • Clove of garlic (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cashew Milk 150 ml (or milk or choice)
  • Turmeric powder- add to taste approx 1/2 tsp Turmeric is an amazing anti inflammatory Steps:
  1. Pre heat oven to 200c
  2. Prep time 5 -8mins
  3. Remove leaves and chop Cauliflower into large chunks, quarter the onion, peel the garlic, place into baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper
  4. Bake until golden approximately 20mins
  5. Blend cauliflower, onion and garlic with stock
  6. Add blended mixture to saucepan add cashew milk
  7. Bring to boil, simmer for 5 minutes and serve with a drizzle of truffle oil, salt / pepper to taste
