Lack of resources, constantly changing policies, excessive red-tape and regulation mean more administration, increased workloads and high staff turnover.
Professions like teaching and nursing, midwifery are seeing record numbers of new graduates leaving after only a few years, and experienced staff planning to leave the profession in record numbers. This huge waste of talent and resources leaves industries without the skilled staff and resources to do their jobs well.
In 2015, we noticed this worrying trend and decided to do something about it by creating programs that help workplaces better support the mental, psychological and physical health of their staff.
We now work directly with organisations, corporate, service, hospitals and schools across Australia. Our innovative and holistic programs supporting workplaces look after the mental health and wellbeing of their teams.
We can’t take away the stress, understaffing and workload pressures, but we can enhance the capacity for people to respond rather than react, through the tools of self-care, self-awareness, meditation, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence.
That’s why we’ve designed our innovative programs to help managers and teams learn the art of self-awareness and self-care to look after themselves first, so they can give more back to their work, life and people.
Our Australian first programs are unique because we focus firstly on the development of the individual, then support the alignment and actions of organisations’ strategic plans and goals.
Our signature education, System of Self® brings together the latest in neuroscience, neuropsychology, positive psychology, mindfulness, yoga and somatic psychology to bring the complexity of mind and body into a layman language that is tangible and relatable.
“The untapped power of the heart elevates the essential nature in us all, kindness, joy, compassion and goodness. Acquiring tools to engage with that heart, is where the individual can impact themselves and those around them in the most extraordinary ways.”

She’s driven to see those that care for others, care for themselves. Her passion is in the education of self-awareness and supporting the development of empowered living through mind, body, emotional & spiritual development.
“The power that comes from self-awareness, exploring within and using tools such as meditation is transformative on the levels of mind, body and spirit. It can be the key to inner peace and turn your life into everything you desire.”

My experience with EYI has literally been life changing. The content is rich, yet digestible. The coaches are leaders in their field and always accessible. The course was fun, interactive, and most importantly has resulted in greater personal awareness, clarity & harmony in all areas of life.
The EYI program was a great way to delve deeper into meditation and self understanding. Working with classes ranging from 10 year olds to 15 year olds I found the resources useful for educating myself, caring for myself and preparing me to better foster positive routines with my students.
